How information is handled when you browse our public website or contact Acrosss.
Who this notice covers
Mooc Advertising Inc., Ontario, Canada, is responsible for this marketing website. This draft addresses public browsing and enquiries, not the complete processing arrangements for agency accounts, client workspaces or creator bookings. A full service privacy notice must be finalized before production onboarding.
Information you provide
If you email us or request early access, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include. We use these to respond, discuss your enquiry and manage requested follow-up. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or sensitive personal information by email. An enquiry is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing.
Technical information
Website delivery and security can involve request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps in hosting or security logs. Essential storage remembers your cookie preference. Application sign-in uses a separate session cookie. These necessary operations are distinct from optional audience analytics.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you accept analytics, Google Analytics can receive public-page visit events, cookie identifiers and general browser/device information to help us understand website usage. Google receives network information when its tag is requested. Our implementation does not intentionally send names, email addresses, invitation tokens, account IDs, URL queries or fragments. It does not load the marketing tracker on private workspaces or invitation pages. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the tag configuration.
Service providers and international processing
Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, email delivery and, when you consent, Google Analytics. Providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws and lawful-access rules can differ. A verified provider inventory, processing locations and applicable contractual safeguards remain items for review before publication. Platform names on the homepage do not load social tracking pixels.
Your choices and requests
You can reject optional analytics and still browse the site. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw permission. Withdrawal stops future website analytics in this browser; it does not automatically erase information already received by Google. Contact info@moocads.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need proportionate identity verification and will explain any applicable legal limits.
Retention and security
The website stores your cookie choice for up to 180 days and configures analytics cookie expiry to 180 days. Cookie lifetimes are not the same as retention of data already received by Google. The GA account's data-retention setting and retention periods for enquiries and infrastructure logs must be confirmed before publication. Reasonable safeguards are required, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Updates
This notice must be reviewed when our providers, collection purposes or services change. New optional tracking purposes require an updated notice and an appropriate consent choice before activation.
